On 27th May KnowledgeCenter will be launching a brand new Kcenter product known as KC 1View.
This integrated application enables full Kcenter functionality from within a users Microsoft Outlook workspace. KC 1View is designed to provide the user with an ‘application within an application’ improving the end user experience. With the user having the capabilities of seeing and doing everything they would normally within Kcenter, they never have to leave Outlook. The application will give users the ability to see the Kcenter Library, Projects and Workflow tasks from within their Outlook menu. Adddional functionality such as 'drag and drop' from email folders to the Kcenter Library extends on the 'ease of use' concept displayed throughout the Kcenter suite of products.
