Watertrace Acquires Shareholding in KnowledgeCenter

Leading Management Consultancy Watertrace Ltd has announced that it has acquired a strategic shareholding in KnowledgeCenter Ltd. KnowledgeCenter is the leading provider of integrated Document Repository Management and Business Process Workflow solutions to the Insurance Market. The agreement also sees Watertrace share space in the new offices taken by KnowledgeCenter at 100 Fenchurch Street.

Watertrace manage and deliver change strategy, process change and systems for international insurance organisations. Working with both brokers and underwriters Watertrace deploy robust proven methodologies which enable broking and underwriting clients to meet the challenges of strategic change in business process, manage risk and increase profitability.

KnowledgeCenter provides solutions for Brokers and Underwriters looking to address document management, document repository, interoperability, document assembly and business process issues through their Kcenter suite of solutions. These products are based around a powerful, robust and scaleable web based suite of integrated products and applications, configured to support and manage broking and underwriting business processes, in line with corporate and industry compliance. Its recent solutions launch 'KCenter 1 View' now delivers this capability through a single view utilising Microsoft Outlook. KnowledgeCenter clients include Arthur J Gallagher, BMS Group, Catlin, QBE, Price Forbes and THB.
