Risk Management Partners (RMP) a subsidiary of Arthur J Gallagher & Co has been a committed user of Kcenter since 2006.
Having automated its systems using KCenter workflow and document management to support both In-house functions and its process capability through a managed portal with more than 300 regional agents, RMP decided it was time to increase its functionality and capability.
As much of their business is paper and e-mail driven the introduction of KC1View KnowledgeCenters integrated Outlook product seemed a logical choice.
This upgrade and roll out was successfully completed this month to all existing users of the system.
