Kcenter Modules

Enrich application functionality with additional KCenter modules

At KnowledgeCenter we appreciate what our customers look for when buying a solution; it must be fit for purpose, conform to industry standards and provide a quality deliverable. With this in mind our cornerstone product KCenter has been developed to meet these needs.

We have created a set of optional fully integrated modules that can be supplied to fulfill a customer's functional requirements and budget.

  • Office Add-In

    Microsoft Office Add-In

    KnowledgeCenter identified the ability for a user to manage all documents dynamically from their desktop as a pre-requisite to a Document Management product. The Microsoft Office Add-In allows a user to store documents into the library without ever leaving the Microsoft application they are in. See more »

  • Outlook Integration

    New Microsoft Outlook Integration

    KCenter's MS Office module currently contains an integration point with Microsoft Outlook which allows for the simple publishing of emails and email attachments into the Document Management library. However, by working with our customers to extend an already key component, Knowledgecenter have re-engineered and improved these capabilities to offer a new and more comprehensive module. See more »

  • Scan

    KCenter Scan

    KCenter Scan is a standalone module that sits on either a networked multifunctional device or on a networked PC attached to a scanner. Paper documents can be scanned through, individually or in batches, reviewed as Group 4 TIF images within KCenter Scan, and altered, amended, deleted or refined, before sending them through to the KCenter DMS application. These document images can be sent to a specific user or group 'Inbox' in the DMS or can be referenced at point of scan.

  • Drag & Drop

    Drag & Drop

    KCenter offers the ability to dynamically drag documents from local or network drives within Windows Explorer straight into the KCenter document filestore. These documents can be placed in a user or group 'Inbox' or referenced as a specific type of document with key attributes associated with it.

  • File Import & Export

    File Import

    This is a tool to quickly and easily upload multiple folders and files from your local machine or network location into the Kcenter library.

    This is a tool to quickly and easily download multiple folders and files from Kcenter to your local machine or network location.
