KnowledgeCenter recognises that the key to successful delivery of any project is the building of strong lines of communication between all project participants.

KnowledgeCenter operate a flexible approach to undertaking projects subject to client requirements. However, most projects are delivered using Prince 2 principles tailored to suit the particular initiative.

The following diagram provides a high level overview of KnowledgeCenter’s preferred project delivery methodology.

The software and products we develop are built to support a client’s specific business requirements and working processes, therefore ease of use is always paramount. We believe that it is key to the success of an implementation that the solution provided is not difficult to learn how to use.

To support this, KnowledgeCenter products and solutions are provided with full documentation and structured training courses. These courses can be provided by us or by the client direct. In these cases we are happy to provide ‘Train the Trainer’ schemes if requested.

Bespoke training programs can be designed, developed and implemented for users, internal trainers and for administrator training if required.
