This being said we are not an archetypal boring IT based organisation, we believe that professionalism should wherever possible be aligned to a degree of fun. To that end we support various sports teams, associations and charities whenever we can.
Our success to date has been based on an ability to identify and understand our customer’s needs and business processes. To apply our products and technical or industry skills to specific requirements or issues in order to help streamline the operations and processes that ultimately reduce costs and wherever possible provide a rapid and controlled return on investment. All of our solutions are designed to meet the customers needs and not for the customer to have to adapt to support the constraints of the solution.
Our collaborative approach ensures that KnowledgeCenter personnel always work closely with our clients through all elements of a project lifecycle, thus ensuring that all of the client’s objectives and expectations are achieved. We understand that business processes although similar in requirement will differ from client to client and even within divisions or departments of a single organisation. Our implementation approach and product set allow us to readily adapt to each individual client need.
KnowledgeCenter are able to provide technical assistance at all levels of a project lifecycle from initial project or product definition, through consultancy/analysis and design, solution development, implementation and product or solution training. We do not stop once the product or solution has been released, through our service department we are able to provide post implementation support that helps reduce the internal pressure on an organisation.
