However, certain areas of the “site” are restricted and are only open to you if you have been provided with a relevant password.
There is no specific time limit applying to your access and use of the Site on these terms. However, KnowledgeCenter reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use of the “site” at any time. It may exercise this right with or without notice. If applicable, notice will be given to your e-mail address as notified to KnowledgeCenter. In that event, notice will be deemed to be served three hours after transmission or posting.

Please read these terms and conditions ("Agreement") carefully. It governs your use of this web-site ("Site"). By using this Site you, the person using this Site (referred to in this Agreement as "you" or "your") agree with KnowledgeCenter (referred to in this Agreement as "we", "us" or "our") to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, you may not use this Site or access or display any of the information made available to you at this Site.
1. Licence to use this Site
We grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this Site for your own personal use, including:

While KnowledgeCenter does not control the information posted to Forums (the "Messages"), it reserves the right (which it may exercise at its sole discretion without notice) to delete or re- arrange any Messages posted on a Forum by you and you waive any moral rights that you may have in regard to such Messages. You are solely responsible for the content of your Messages as posted by you on the Site. You must comply with any rules posted by KnowledgeCenter on a Forum.
You may not:
- post or otherwise publish any Messages containing any form of advertising for goods and services;
- post or otherwise publish any Messages that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, indecent, infringe the rights of third parties or which contain any other form of illegal content;
- post or otherwise publish any Messages that contain a virus or other harmful component;
- restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Forums.
By submitting messages to any Forum you agree to indemnify and hold harmless, KnowledgeCenter from all claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) arising out of any Messages as posted or published by you on the Forum that are in breach of this. By submitting Messages to any Forums you are granting KnowledgeCenter a perpetual royalty free non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, make available, distribute and sub-license the Message in whole or in part and in print or electronic form.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, including copyright, trade marks, names and logos, used in relation to this Site are owned by or controlled for these purposes by us. Nothing in this Agreement confers on you any license or right under any or our trade marks, names or logos or those of any third party.
4. No Warranty
You acknowledge that this Site may contain bugs, errors and other problems that could cause systems failures. Consequently, this Site is provided "AS IS", without a warranty of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability
By accessing this site you accept that use this site at your own risk. In no event will we be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind (except personal injury or death resulting from our negligence) including any lost revenue, profit, or data, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages howsoever caused.
Neither you nor we shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation due to the failure of any machine, data processing system or transmission link to operate or for any reason beyond your or our control (as the case may be).
The Site contains links to other World Wide Web sites, either directly or through frames and, where possible, we will make clear where such links are being made. Although external links are checked by KnowledgeCenter from time to time, KnowledgeCenter has not reviewed these third party web sites. 10. Severance
If any part of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, it will be severed from the rest of this Agreement so that it is ineffective to the extent that it shall not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement records the entire agreement between you and us. Nothing in this clause shall affect the liability of either party in respect of any misrepresentation which it makes fraudulently.
12. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be responsible for any breach of this Contract caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is made under and will be governed by the laws of England. You and we hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
